Your Responsibilities:
- Leadership role within the management team of the ophthalmology department
- Representing the department in clinical, organizational, and scientific matters
- Active involvement in the strategic, conceptual, and economic development of the ophthalmology clinic
- Commitment to medical education by participating in the training of students in the Human Medicine program at the Medical School Berlin
Your Profile:
- Board certification in ophthalmology (m/w/d), with additional interdisciplinary qualifications considered an advantage
- Strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners, economic thinking, cross-departmental organizational understanding, and a cooperative leadership style
- Academic achievements such as habilitation or equivalent scholarly accomplishments are advantageous but not mandatory
